人工全膝关节置换术的护理
Total Knee Replacement Surgery Care
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To reduce the post-operative complications and help function restoration by summarizing the total knee replacement care measures. Method:We collected 61 cases of total knee replacement patients who received mental nursing,regular preoperative preparation,postoperative fatal sign observation,prophylactic anti-biotics application,complications prevention,diet guiding,rehabilitation exercises guiding in the hospital and after discharging and so on.Result:All the incisions healing by first intention,no complications developped,and all the cases began rehabilitation exercises 2-3 days post-operatively.The HSS score was (90.2±8.4)years’ follow-up,which showed a significant difference compared with preperation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The strict and careful preoperative and postoperative care helps to improve the success rate of surgery,reduce complications and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
