摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64-slices sparil CT in chest trauma.Method:280 patients were adopted and the complicated circumstances of the fractures,the adjacent tissues and organs were observed and analyzed by 64-slice sparil CT,multiple planar reconstruction(MPR),cured planar reconstruction(CPR),surface shadow display(SSD) and volume rendering technique(VRT).Result:590 rid fractures of 280 cases,12 shoulder blade fractures,54 sternal fractures,26 clavicle fractures,15 sternal fracture cases and 17 vertebral fracure,223 cases of pulmonary contusion and laceration,liquid pneumothorax in 158 cases,24 cases of hepatic and splenic contusion,80 cases of soft tissue injury were found by MSCT and Three dimensiongal reconstuction in 280 patients.Conclusion:MSCT combined with image reconstruction was one of the most advanced metheds and can be used widely in diagnosing chest traumas.关键词
