摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gallbladder apophysis lesions.Method:Choosing from June 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital the clinical pathological diagnosis of gallbladder bulge of 48 patients with lesions were analyzed,and using color Doppler ultrasonic inspection,observed the ultrasonographic characteristics,and in comparison with the results of clinical pathology.Result:Micronodular gallbladder,gallbladder adenoma,gallbladder gland muscle hyperplasia,gallbladder polyps in gallbladder cavity and lesion location,size,shape,echogenicity,basal part size and local sonographic findings of cystic wall,and so on and so forth on different;Malignant lesions in the positive predictive value of a CDFI,grading,Vmax and blood flow RI group obviously higher than that of benign lesions,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gallbladder apophysis lesions with high value,high accuracy,the method is simple,is able to provide the clinical treatment and prognosis of patients with certain guidance.关键词
