Abstract
Objective:To provide scientific basis for the prevention of helicobacter pylori,and to provide scientific reference for the current situation and relative influence factors of helicobacter pylori in Mianzhu,Sichuan,through conducting research on the current situation and correlative factors of helicobacter pylori among healthy physical examination personnel in Mianzhu,Sichuan.Method:The total 1141 healthy physical examination personnel in the People’s Hospital of Mianzhu had taken 14C urea breath test so as to summarize and analyze Hp infection situation from January 2012 to February 2013.Result:670 of the total 1141 personnel got infected,with the Hp infection rate of 58.4%.The infection situation varied from age levels.The highest Infection rate was in the 31 to 40 years age group and 41 to 50 years age group,with the infection rate of 75.5%and 78.4%respectively.The infection rates of male and female were 58.9%and 58.3%respectively.The infection rates of teachers,civil servants and workers were 45.6%,60.2%and 61.1%.Conclusion:The Hp infection rate of Mianzhu, Sichuan is slightly higher than that of the national average level. The Hp infection rate has no correlativity with age and profession.关键词
