摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of the nursing risk management in bone surgery department,and improve the nursing quality.Method:Sixth-eight patients in department of orthopedics in our hospital between Jan 2012 and Dec 2012,were taken as the study group,and were treated with the nursing risk management. Sixth-eight patients in department of orthopedics in our hospital at the same time which were taken as the control group,and were treated with the routine nursing.The rates of risk events and complications and the degree of satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the rates of risk events and complications of the study group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the degree of satisfaction of the study group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the rate of satisfaction of the study group was 95.6%,but which in the controlled groups was 55.9%.Conclusion:The nursing risk management can obviously decrease the rates of risk events and complications,and can obviously improve the degree of satisfaction and the quality of nursing.关键词
