Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of preserve vital pulp of cracked tooth through CEREC3 all-ceramic crowns.Method:138 crack teeth in early stage were divided into three group:direct resin restoration group (A group),PFM (Porcelain-fused-to-metal crown) group (B group) and CEREC 3 all-ceramic crown group(C group). Observation and evaluation were performed separately after 0.5 year,1 year and 2 years.Result:The pulp survival rate for B group and group were much better than A group,the significant difference were found in three groups(P<0.05).There was statistical difference on 2-year evaluation of B group and C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The most effective approachment to restore cracked tooth is though CEREC 3 all-ceramic crown with low pulpitis rate and excellent aesthetic performance.关键词
