摘要
Abstract
Objective:To heart malformation fetus ultrasound heartbeat graph from the clinical diagnosis value of different section of the start of the. Method:using ultrasound heartbeat graph from different section in 950 cases of fetal implementation of spectrum,color and Ji Vee Doppler on the fetal blood flow and cardiac anatomic structures were observed,and the induction of labor after fetal autopsy results contrast.Result:of the study on the detection of fetal prenatal 30 cases of congenital heart malformations,and neonatal follow-up,induction of labor after autopsy results compared with up to 28 cases,anastomotic rate as high as 93.3%,the remaining 2 cases were complicated deformity,the basic situation and the prenatal diagnosis. Neonatal consulting room septal defect leakage in 2 cases,1 cases of atrial septal defects.Conclusion:ultrasound heartbeat graph along different sections of the fetal heart malformation expand inspection,provides support for clinical diagnosis and treatment,is of positive significance.关键词
