摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate applications that the leukocyte counts in neutrophil counts,neutrophil counts/lymphocyte counts radio (NLR),creatine kinase (CK-MB),hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients.Method:Compare 40 AMI patients and 20 cases of healthy physical examination of peripheral blood specimens of blood routine,CK-MB and hs-CRP,and statistical analysis.Result:Neutrophil count for a group of patients with AMI (8.78±3.65) x 109/L,NLR was (6.74±0.64),CK-MB was(31.88±14.59) U/L,hs-CRP was(40.39±33.36)mg/L,compared with the healthy group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Neutrophil count,NLR,CK-MB with hs-CRP detection of myocardial inflammation and injury in patients with AMI has certain implications.关键词
