摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Method:Thirty-seven cases with advanced colon cancer were selected.All patients were given capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin.Clinical effect and adverse reaction incidence of all patients were observed.Result:The rate of complete remission in the group was 5.4%,the rate of partial remission was 35.1%,the rate of stabilization was 35.1%,the rate of progression was 24.3%.The effective rate was 40.5%.The clinical benefit rate was 75.7%.Hand-foot syndrome and neurotoxicity were the serious adverse reactions,the incidence rates were 54.1%and 29.7%respectively.Conclusion:Capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer has significantly clinical efficacy,and have lower adverse reaction incidence,have tolerance to adverse reactions by patients.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
