Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the combination treatment of Repaglinide and Metformin for diabetes.Method:260 cases diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into combined treatment group(Repaglinide+Metformin Hydrochloride) 100 cases,80 cases of Repaglinide group and 80 patients of Metformin Hydrochloride group,the clinical treatment results were compared.Result:The FBG,HbA1c of the combination group before and after the treatment were significantly decreased,compared with the Repaglinide group or Metformin group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy is effective for type 2 diabetes.关键词
