摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate Naloxone on acute alcoholism treatment effect.Method:99 cases of acute alcoholism patients were randomly divided into two groups,the fifty cases take naloxone treatment,49 cases take conventional therapy,to contrast clinical curative effect,and sane time.Result:The patients were all cured,there was no side effects,but the sane time in treatment group and control group was significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Naloxone in the treatment of acute alcoholism has the advantage of high safety,curative effect and side effects of small,it can be used as the first choice for the treatment of acute alcohol poisoning drugs.关键词
