摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss methods in the surgical treatment of patients with severe traumatic liver damage.Method:The clinical data of 58 cases with severe traumatic liver damage from January 2008 to January 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Result:Fifty-four cases(93.1%) were cured. Four cases died after operation.One case was severe cerebral contusion of merger.One case was a fracture merge multiple concurrent explosive fat embolism.Two cases were multiple organ failure.Conclusion:Patients with severe traumatic liver damage are in a critical situation.Positive and effective measures should be taken to save more patients’life.关键词
