摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the clinical application effect of patients with calculus of kidney treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy.Method:Selected January to December 2012,96 patients with calculus of kidney in our hospital.which were divided into observation group and control group randomly,48 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with traditional open surgical methods.The patients in observation group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy,and the clinical treatment for the patients with calculus of kidney in two groups were compared and analysed respectively.Result:After treatment,compared with control group,the patients in observation group mean operative time and the average length of stay hospital were shorter significantly,and the average blood loss and the rate of complication were lower significantly,and the stone clearance rate and patient satisfaction rate were improved significantly,difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy has a positive promoting role and practical significance for clinical outcomes for improve the clinical effect of calculus of kidney patients.It can be used as ideal program for calculus of kidney patients to be more clinical application and promotion.关键词
