Abstract
Objective:To acquaintance the reasons of influencing primary medical staff’s hand hygiene compliance and explore the measures of enhancing hand hygiene compliance.Method:Designed a“Questionnaire of Medical Staff’s Hand Hygiene Compliance”independently.From July to December of 2012,the full-time staff in the Nosocomial Infection Department taked turns to 5 ward rounds every morning,adopted a direct observation method to investigate the hand hygiene compliance of more than 150 medical staff in clinical departments of the hospital.Result:The hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff in the hospital were just 23.4%,because of the imperfect equipment of hand hygiene,lack of the human resources and lack of the consciousness of hand hygiene.Conclusion:To increase hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff,we should improve our hand hygiene facilities,strengthen the consciousness of medical staff hand hygiene and increase supervision.关键词
