Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with enalaprilat in the treatment of senile hypertension.Method:The clinical data of 78 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were retrospective analyzed,and all patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and each group had 39 patients.The control group were given amlodipine therapy,and the observation group were treated with enalaprilat on the basis of amlodipine therapy,and clinical treatment results in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.87%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 79.49%,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).All blood pressures in the two groups after the treatment were lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05).All blood pressures after the treatment in the two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of amlodipine combined with enalapril in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension has significant effect,and it is worthy of promoting.关键词
