Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of external fixator in treatment of open fracture of tibia and fibula.Method:In our hospital were randomly assigned from March 2012 to May 2013 66 cases of open fractures of tibia and fibula patients,33 patients in each group,a group with external fixator operation treatment,as the observation group,another group with traditional plaster fixation,as control group,and the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Result:The treatment effect of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of external fixator in treatment of open fractures of tibia and fibula is more significant,and can effectively reduce the infection, complications,treatment is safe,reliable,and is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
