摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the elderly diabetes patients using Orem self-care theory method and effect of nursing intervention.Method:Selecting 260 cases of elderly patients with diabetes as the research object,the digital method were randomly divided into two groups:control group,100 cases with normal nursing intervention,the observation group,160 cases on the basis of conventional nursing were given Orem self-care nursing intervention,the comparative analysis of two groups of patients before and after the nursing intervention and blood sugar control of diabetes knowledge.Result:Observation group blood sugar control situation was better than control group,observation group in self-care diabetes knowledge after nursing intervention was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with diabetes Orem self-care theory have the effect of good blood glucose control,can effectively improve the elderly’s own perception of diabetes knowledge,enhance their abilities in controlling blood sugar,and improve the quality of life.关键词
