Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with diabetic foot.Method:A total of 30 patients with diabetic foot were given the early community nursing intervention:Nurses formulated nursing care plans,followed up regularly,provided the diet guidance,strictly controlled the blood glucose,strengthen nursing of foot,did a good job in health education and psychological nursing.Result:Among 30 patients 25 cases(83.33%) were cured,and 2 cases(6.67%) were excellent,and 2 cases(6.67%) were valid,and 1 case(3.33%) was invalid.The total effective rate was 96.67%.Conclusion:Community nursing intervention can improve prognosis of patients with diabetic foot.关键词
