摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analysis and research the effect of pantoprazole combined with thrombin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Method:74 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected,were divided into observation group and control group,each group had 37 cases. Control group were given thrombin lavage treatment,observation group on this basis,were given the pantoprazole adjuvant therapy.To compare the curative effect of two groups.Result:The treatment effect of observation group was obviously better than control group,the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in both groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pantoprazole combined with thrombin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,has obvious effect,is worthy of clinical application.关键词
