摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and study the clinical results of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method:68 cases schizophrenia patients were divided into treatment group and control group according a random number table,each group had 34 cases,the two groups were given routine treatment of schizophrenia,the treatment group were given aripiprazole treatment based on routine treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%,the difference was statistically significant compared to 67.6%in the control group(P<0.05);after 6 weeks of treatment,the PANSS score of the treatment group was (40.6±12.6),the control group was (46.5±1.2),there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Aripiprazole treatment of schizophrenia based on routine treatment,can effectively improve the patient’s clinical effects,and has high security,it is worth to further promote the use of clinically.关键词
