Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of metal stent implantation combined with radiotherapy for treatment of middle-advanced stage esophageal cancer and discuss its possible application prospect.Method:120 patients with middle-advanced stage esophageal cancer were chosen and randomly divided into two groups,both with 60 cases. Experiment group was given metal stent implantation combined radiotherapy for treatment and control group was only given metal stent implantation for treatment. Curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment course,total effective rate of experiment group was 95.00%while control group was 78.33%(P<0.05);3 cases(5.00%) of myelosuppression,5 cases(8.33%) of gastrointestinal reactions and 1 case(1.67%) of fluster occurred in experiment group. Conclusion:Metal stent implantation combined radiotherapy has a better clinical effect than pure metal stent implantation for treatment of middle-advanced stage esophageal cancer and it has few side effects and good clinical safety. It can improve life qualities of patients with middle-advanced stage esophageal cancer,so it is worth of further study and popularization.关键词
