Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyze the efficiency of the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency and the traditional method in the treatment of sleep apnea-hyperpnoea syndrome (OSAHS) in children.Method:Select the author’s hospital treated 60 cases of children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, using the random number table method will be divided into the observation group and control group,30 cases each.Observation group with low-temperature plasma knife and endoscope assisted downward tonsil,adenoidectomy,the control group with traditional surgery (tonsil stripping and endoscope assisted electric cutting adenoidectomy) absorption,respectively from the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,white membrane peeling time,pain score,and postoperative recovery ventilation time were compared.Result:Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,observation group were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Two groups of white membrane peeling time,pain score,and postoperative recovery ventilation time,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Treated by low temperature plasma knife OSHAS children,less bleeding,shorter operation time,worthy of clinical use.关键词
