双J管置入在输尿管梗阻中的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect on double J tube put in ureteral obstruction.Method:80 patients with ureteral obstruction from author’s hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group,each group had 40 cases.Observation group were treated with double J tube,control groups were treated without double J tube.The average length of hospital stay,urine leakage rate and wound infection rate of two groups were compared.Result:There were significant difference on the average length of hospital stay,urine leakage rate and wound infection rate between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Double J tube put in ureteral obstruction can reduce the average length of hospital stay,which is a effective way to prevent the ureteral complications.关键词
