摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the central venous catheter indwelling chest cavity closed drainage in uremia efficacy in the treatment of pleural effusion. Method:38 patients with pleural effusion was confirmed by chest X-ray,chest CT,after chest positioning of pleural effusion in the chest.To review therapy effect of back closed drainage with hemodialysis and pure hemodialysis for pleural effusion.Result:The pleural effusion was absorbed quickly for patients with central venous catheter pleural into closed drainage joint blood dialysis,the hospital stays was shorter.Conclusion:Central venous catheter chest drainage in uremia massive pleural effusion treatment has a higher clinical value,the curative effect is superior to the pure blood dialysis.关键词
