Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of prostaglandin E1 in the treatment of liver cirrhosis.Method:A total of 60 patients with liver cirrhosis were treated with prostaglandin E1(Kaishi) injection treatment in our hospital from November 2010 to July 2011 were chosen as the test group.At the same time,65 cases treated with the conventional treatment were chosen as the control group.Result:The total effective rates in the two groups were compared,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total symptoms improved rates in the two groups were compared,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prostaglandin E1 has a very obvious effect in the clinical treatment of liver cirrhosis,is worthy of promoting and applying in the clinical.关键词
