Application Value of HRCT in Diffuse Interstitial Lung Disease
目的：探讨高分辨率CT(HRCT)在弥漫性肺间质性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法：选取2011年1月-2013年6月笔者所在医院收治的弥漫性肺间质性病变患者42例，对所有患者分别行常规CT和HRCT扫描，并记录扫描征象，对其结果进行统计学分析。结果：HRCT检查出的小叶间隔不规则增厚、肺气肿、胸膜下线、支气管扩张的患者多于常规CT扫描，两种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：HRCT在诊断弥漫性肺间质性病变方面更具优势，能清楚显示出…查看全部>>
Objective:To discuss the application value of high-resolution CT (HRCT) in diffuse interstitial lung disease diagnosis.
