摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application value of high-resolution CT (HRCT) in diffuse interstitial lung disease diagnosis. Method:Selection in January 2011 to June 2013,the author’s hospital treated of 42 patients with diffuse pulmonary interstitial lesions,respectively in patients with all lines of conventional CT and HRCT scans,signs and record scan,the results were statistically analyzed.Result:HRCT checked out the irregular septal thickening ,emphysema ,pleural offline ,number of patients with bronchiectasis than conventional CT scans ,a significant difference between two methods(P<0.05). Conclusion:HRCT in the diagnosis of diffuse interstitial lung disease more advantages ,it can be clearly demonstrated the fine structure of the lung interstitium and to evaluate the activity of the lesion site ,it can provide clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of important reference ,worth future clinical be promoted.关键词
