摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the factors influencing the quality of life in patients with stroke and to explore the nursing intervention measures. Method:Selection in January 2012 to April 2013 of 50 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients admitted in the author’s hospital,using the random number table method will be divided into the observation group and control group,25 cases each.Observation group was given continuous nursing intervention,control group given routine care.After the nursing,two groups of the patient’s quality of life.Result:Observation group of patients with material life,physical function,psychological function, social function of four dimensions and a overall quality of life factor scores were significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with stroke,it is worth in clinical promotion.关键词
