摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application and effect of clinical pathway management in children with inguinal hernia.Method:Selected 26 cases of pediatric inguinal hernia with clinical pathway management as the path group,and 20 cases of pediatric inguinal hernia without the implementation of clinical pathway management as the control group,the average length of hospitalization,medical cost,patients and family satisfaction,postoperative complications and abdominal incision infection of the two groups were comparative analysed.Result:The average length of stay,medical costs,patients and family satisfaction of the path group were significantly better than the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications and abdominal incision infection compared with control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of clinical pathway management can standardize better the medical behavior,control medical costs and average length of hospitalization,ensure the quality of medical, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.关键词
