Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of oral Anchong soup combined with oral western medicine in the treatment of menstrual abnormalities caused by IUD.Method:A total of 146 patients with irregular periods after ring on were selected by the random number table,and these patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,and 86 patients in the treatment group were given AnChang tang combined with western medicine treatment,and 60 cases in the control group were given bleeding naphthenic acid,dicynone,indomethacin,vitamin C,vitamin E and other western medical treatments.Result:The total effective rates in the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of irregular periods after ring on is distinct,and the recurrence rate is low,and it is a good method to treat abnormal uterine bleeding caused by the ring,and it has a value of promoting in the clinical.关键词
