Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of upper arm placement of peripherally inserted central venous catheters using ultrasound guidance and modified Seldinger technique in patients with severe craniocerebral.Method:A total of 120 PICC patients who severe craniocerebral were divided into observational group(n=60) and control group(n=60).Observational group was treated with PICC puncture using ultrasound guidance and modified Seldinger technique,control group was treated with traditional method.Result:The success rate of puncture between two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The observation group after placing tube oozing of blood was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The two groups during mechanical phlebitis,plugging the incidence of complications such as comparison,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Peripherally inserted central venous catheters using ultrasound guidance and modified Seldinger technique can solve the disadvantages of puncture poor vascular condition difficult,but routine puncture method is the most suitable choice for patients with good vascular condition.关键词
