摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse and discuss the clinical treatment of non-specific laryngeal granulomas.Method:25 cases of non-specific laryngeal granulomas in our hospital from Jan 2007 to May 2011 were selected as the research object,all patients were treated with surgery combined with non-surgical approach to the treatment,the clinical data were retrospectively analysed.Result:In the right laryngeal granulomas in patients with non-specific treatment, surgery combined with non-surgical treatment was relatively low recurrence rate,18 cases were cured,the cure rate was 72%.2 cases of patients after radiation treatment were cured.Conclusion:The clinical treatment of patients with non-specific laryngeal granulomas,its recurrence tend to be more intense,but the surgery with non-surgical treatment is still the main way to promote.关键词
