Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive DHS fixation and PFNA fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Method:150 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture from March 2011 to April 2013 in author’s hospital were chosed,and were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases as DHS group,another 90 cases as PFNA group,and were given minimally invasive DHS fixation and PFNA fixation treatment respectively.Compared the operative time,blood loss,duration of treatment,the average healing time,excellent rate and the incidence of complications of two groups.Result:The operative time,blood loss,duration of treatment,the average healing time of PFNA group were better than that in DHS group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The excellent rate of PFNA group was significantly higher than that in DHS group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The complication incidence of PFNA group was significantly lower than that in DHS groups,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect comparison of minimally invasive DHS fixation and PFNA fixation explain that the best therapy for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture is minimally invasive PFNA fixation,high cure rate,safe and effective is his characteristic,is worth clinical promotion.关键词
