摘要
Abstract
Objective:Investigate the influence on bilateral nasal sinusitis incidence affected by nasal septum deviation.Method:Retrospective analysis in January 2011 to December 2012,the author’s hospital treated 200 cases of nasal septum deviation combined the clinical data of patients with chronic sinusitis. Result:(1) with nasal septum deviation narrow side wide lateral nasal sinusitis were respectively 167 cases (83.5%),156 cases (78.0%).The average rank were 166.066,128.247;Risk of RR values were 1.5,0.8,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);(2) the incidence of sinusitis and nasal septum between men and women left the right side of the deflection of the incidence of comparative differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05);(3) the narrow side nasal cavity with wide lateral nasal anatomy variation mainly includes:hook hypertrophy narrow side 6.5%(13/200),26.5%(53/200) by the side of wide,middle turbinate hypertrophy narrow side was 7.5%(15/200),38.5%(77/200) by the side of wide,screen bubble hypertrophy narrow side was 26.5%(53/200),39.5%(79/200) wide side,abnormal middle turbinate curve narrow side was 4.5%(9/200),14.5%(29/200) wide side,inferior turbinate hypertrophy narrow side was 50.5%(101/200), 62.5%(125/200) wide side,high septum mucosa hypertrophy narrow side 0.5%(1/200),2.5%(5/200) wide side.Conclusion:Patients with nasal septum deviation the narrow lateral nasal sinusitis incidence was higher than wide side;the compensatory make a high incidence of nasal sinusitis of wide lateral;the inferior turbinate hypertrophy closely related to the sinusitis;the effect of simple nasal septum corrective surgery is not ideal.关键词
