摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of itopride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Method:Using random number table method,132 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups,60 cases in control group were given domperidone treatment,72 cases in observation group were given itopride treatment,compared the curative effect and clinical symptoms improved of two groups after 6 weeks treatment.Result:The clinical symptoms of two groups were improved after treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 88.89%,was better than the control group(68.33%),the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Itopride can improve dyspepsia of functional dyspepsia patients,has curative effect,is worth clinical to continue the discussion.关键词
