Abstract
Objective:To compare analyze the application situation of common screening technologies in cervical cancer,and to provide a reliable reference for future clinical screening work in cervical cancer.Method:A total of 688 cases received cervical cancer screening in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2013 were chosen,and all cases respectively took TCT technology and method of traditional pap smear for screening cervical cancer.The detection rates and the coincidence rate of the two kinds of screening technologies were evaluated based on the pathological results,and the results were compared and analyzed.Result:The detection rate of TCT technology was higher than that of the traditional pap smear method(P<0.05),and the coincidence rate with pathological examination of TCT technology was higher than that of the traditional method of pap smear(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCT technology has advantages of high detection rate and accurate results in screening cervical cancer,and it is worthy of promoting in the clinical.关键词
