摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application effect of TCM nursing intervention in patients with diabetes in community.Method:Selected 148 cases with diabetes from our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,74 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing care,the observation group with TCM nursing intervention,and the nursing effect of two groups were observed.Result:The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin improvement of the observation group were better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implement comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine for diabetes patients in community can improve these blood sugar,and enhance quality of life.关键词
