Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between blood pressure of patients with pregnant induced hypertension(PIH) and fetal situation. Method:The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of 100 PIH patients(disease group) were measured, and mean artery pressure(MAP) was calculated and fetal weight, heart rate, fetal age and Apgar scores in 1 min after born were recorded. The 105 normal healthy parturient women were selected as control during the same period (control group). The blood pressure and fetal situation were compared between groups, and the correlations between blood pressure of PIH patients and fetal situation were analyzed.Result:Compared to normal parturient women, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure,MAP were significantly increased and fetal weight, fetal age,Apgar scores were significantly decreased in PIH patients(P<0.05).There were correlations between diastolic pressure,MAP and fetal heart rate, fetal age,Apgar scores(P<0.05),no correlation with fetal weight(P>0.05).There were no correlations between systolic pressure and fetal situation in PIH patients (P>0.05). Conclusion:Fetal weight, fetal age and Apgar scores significantly decreased, and diastolic pressure and MAP closed to fetal situation in PIH patients.关键词
