Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intracavitary therapy in abdominal aortic aneurysm.Method:A total of 60 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm in our hospital were collected,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random table,and patients in the control group were treated with open operation,and patients in the observation group were treated with intracavitary therapy,and complications and treatment of the two groups were observed.Result:The operation time,amount of bleeding,blood transfusion volume,ICU stay and hospital stay of the two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The occurrence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the operation,repair or reestablishment of internal iliac artery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical research showed that the curative effect of EVAR operation in the observation group was better than that of OR operation in the control group,and it is worthy of clinically applying.关键词
