中西医结合治疗外伤性眼内出血疗效研究

Abstract
Objective:To discuss curative effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of traumatic intraocular hemorrhage. Method:A total of 44 patients(52 eyes) in the observation group received integrated Chinese and Western medicines treatment,and 36 patients(45 eyes) in the western medicine group received Western medicine therapy.Result:The total effective rate of 52 eyes in the observation group was 90.4%,and the total effective rate of 45 eyes in the western medicine group was 73.3%,and the total effective rate of eyes in the observation group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The cure time of patients in the observation group was also shorter than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction occurred in the observation group.In the western medicine group 1 case appeared dizziness,and 1 case appeared the unwell symptom such as nausea and vomiting. Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of TH can improve curative effect,shorten the cure time,and reduce complications.关键词
