摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of B ultrasound monitoring gynecological operation instrument in high risk pregnant women undergoing artificial abortion.Method:164 cases of high risk pregnant women which requested termination of pregnancy were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 in the outpatient department,the patients checked the blood,vaginal secretion smear some routine physical examination and auxiliary examination,and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of coming to hospital,the patients in observation group were applied in induced abortion B ultrasound monitoring operation device,patients in the control group did not using,efficacy and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Result:Patients with intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and bleeding time after operation were lower than the control group, there was significant difference in two groups of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using B ultrasound monitoring gynecological operation instrument for high-risk abortion on patients with physical harm,improve the success rate of operation,it is worthy of further promotion and application.关键词
