摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and lipids combined diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.Method:300 cases of cardiovascular disease were randomly selected in our hospital,and in accordance with the patient’s actual condition will be divided into four groups,in addition to the inpatient period and then selected 75 patients without cardiovascular disease,known as the control group.For five groups of patients were compared differences in the level of the relevant index.Result:Compared with control group,the other four groups of patients with triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),ApoB and hs-CRP (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein) were significantly high,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),ApoA1 of the control group compared to the other four groups were significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and lipids in joint in heart cardiovascular disease diagnosis has important application significance.关键词
