Abstract
Objective:To analyse the clinical examination of vaginal secretions in gynecological outpatient.Method:The test method,test results and other information of 4000 cases patients’ vaginal secretions in author’s hospital gynecological outpatient from March 2012 to February 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Result:2672 cases patients’ vaginal secretions were checked out pathogen in 4000 cases,accounting for 66.80%.Candida infection rate was 8.88%, trichomonas infection rate was 3.05%,bacterial infection rate was 39.78%.The vaginal cleanness degree of women who were checked out pathogen from their vaginal secretions were Ⅲ-Ⅳ.Conclusion:The inspection find that gynecology outpatient vaginal infection rate is higher,bacteria and moulds belongs to the most main pathogens.关键词
