冠心病心绞痛的中医辨证及护理程序的应用研究探讨
The Application Research of Syndrome Differentiation of TCM and the Nursing Process for Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the coronary heart disease angina pectoris of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and nursing process in the role of the patient.Method:120 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group was 60 cases,control group treated by traditional nursing method,the observation group treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and programmed nursing on the basis of control group.Result:The remission rate of observation group was obviously higher than than in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in control group,and hospitalization days were shorter than than in the control group,the satisfaction to nursing care was higher than that in control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing process can reduce the incidence of complications of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction,it has a wide prospect of clinical application.关键词
