Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of individualized nursing intervention for sleep quality of elderly hospitalized patients in department of cardiology.Method:214 elderly patients with sleep disorders in department of cardiology were randomly divided into control group(n=107) and observation group(n=107),the control group was given cardiology routine nursing,observation group was given personalized nursing on the basis of routine nursing,sleep latency time and sleeping time were compared with between before intervention and after intervention of two groups.Result:Sleep latency time and sleeping time of observation group after nursing intervention were (26.54±8.36)min and (281.42±33.74)min,was better than (43.36±14.28)min and (198.73±37.61)min of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing intervention can effectively improve sleep quality of elderly patients hospitalized in department of cardiology.关键词
