摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study of mifepristone combined with ethacridine used in uterine scar of midtrimester induction of labor.Method:106 pregnant women with uterine scar pregnancy with induction of labor were retrospective analysed,the control group used ethacridine,observation group used mifepristone combined with ethacridine,to observe the time of uterine contraction,the amount of bleeding,birth process and successful rate of induced labor,and statistical analysis.Result:The time of uterine contraction,the amount of bleeding,birth process and successful rate in the observation group compared with the control group had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with ethacridine in induction of labor of scar uterus with high success rate,less bleeding,labor duration,no complications,it has higher application value,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
