Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of carvedilol combined with candesartan treatment for chronic heart failure.Method:76 cases of chronic heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(treated with carvedilol only) and experimental group(treated with carvedilol combined with candesartan).The total effective rate and adverse reactions rate of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group(94.74%) was significantly higher than control group(50.00%)(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Carvedilol combined with candesartan for the treatment of chronic heart failure has a significant clinical effect.It can improve patients’cardiac function and worth of widely used.关键词
