腹腔镜下溃疡穿孔修补术治疗溃疡性胃穿孔的疗效及安全性研究
Efficacy and Safety Study on Laparoscopic Repair for Ulcerative Gastric Perforation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of laparoscopic repair in treating ulcerative gastric perforation.Method:62 cases patients with ulcerative gastric perforation admitted to author’s hospital from September 2009 to September 2013 were divided into experimental group(30 cases,given laparoscopic repair)and control group(32 cases,given laparotomy repair),the intraoperative and postoperative conditions of two groups were compared. Result:The blood loss,exhaust time,hospital stay time of experimental group were less than that of control group(P<0.05),there were significant differences in incidence of complications between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic repair in the treatment of ulcerative gastric perforation has many advantages such as less trauma,quick recovery,and less complications,which is worthy of clinical widely.关键词
