摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of ganglioside in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy.Method:52 cases patients with newborns received ischemia anoxic encephalopathy from March 2011 to March 2013 in author’s hospital were selected,according to admission order were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,26 cases in each group.All patients of two groups were given regular support and symptomatic treatment, the treatment group was given ganglioside treatment,the control group was given cytidine diphosphate choline.According to the condition two groups were give 1 to 3 period of treatment.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.5%,were significantly higher than those in the control group(53.8%),there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Two groups were not seen severe adverse reactions in the process of the treatment.Conclusion:The curative effect of ganglioside in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is well,can be used in the early days,can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms,increase children muscle,and has no intracranial hemorrhage,does not induce convulsions,can improve consciousness,does not cause serious adverse reactions in clinical use,is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
