Abstract
Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical curative effect of 3 kinds of antibiotics in the treatment of acute appendicitis.Method:A total of 100 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were randomly divided into three groups,and 35 patients in group A were treated with cephalosporin antibiotic therapy,and 33 patients in group B were treated with penicillins antibiotic therapy,and 32 patients in group C were treated with aminoglycoside antibiotic therapy,and the curative effect after 7 days were compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of group A was 85.71%,and the total effective rate of group B was 87.88%,and the total effective rate of group C was 87.50%,and that in three groups were compared,and differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effects of 3 kinds of antibiotics in the treatment of acute appendicitis are better,and they are all worthy of clinical applicating.关键词
