急性脑梗死患者血尿酸水平与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between serum uric acid (UA) levels and carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method:Selected 2009 to 2012 the author’s hospital treated 178 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients,according to the inclusion criteria were divided into normal endometrium group (57 cases),endometrial thickening group (60 cases) and plaque formation three group (61 cases),observe the blood UA between groups and the change of blood sugar,blood lipids and other indicators.Result:Compared with the normal intima group,serum UA,systolic blood pressure,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and fasting blood glucose were elevated in intimal thickening group and plaque formation group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with intimal thickening group,serum UA,low density lipo protein and fasting blood glucose were elevated in plaque formation group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). With the formation of carotid artery IMT thickening,local plaque, serum UA level was increased,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:There is a correlation between serum UA levels and carotid IMT severity in the patients with acute cerebral infarction,it can lead to better primary and secondary prevention in cerebral infarction by lowering the serum UA level.关键词
